Meet Joey and Amanda.

Joey Bartlett is L&M’s Principal Consultant and leads client engagements across AI strategy and implementation, software development, healthcare interoperability, and business systems. Amanda St. Andrews, MBA-HRM, SHRM-CP, brings specialist HR and people-operations expertise, including employee guidance, training, and the workforce side of AI adoption.

Based in Centerville on Cape Cod, serving local and remote clients.

Joseph (Joey) Bartlett

Principal Consultant · Healthcare Interoperability & Applied AI

Joey designs and stabilizes healthcare integrations across HL7 v2, FHIR R4, CCD/C-CDA, Epic Bridges, MEDITECH NMI, Cerner FSI, Corepoint, OPENLink, and Mirth. He has more than a decade of hospital and EHR interface delivery experience, including mapping, validation, data quality, production readiness, and operational handoff. In applied AI work, he sets the technical constraints and keeps domain experts responsible for the final decision.

OpenAI includes Joey in its public ChatGPT for Science and Medicine showcase.

Amanda brings her MBA-HRM and SHRM-CP background to L&M’s HR and people-operations work. She is developing HR tools and workflows for upcoming engagements, with a focus on employee guidance, onboarding, and training.
