Services

Practical AI and healthcare integration services.

L&M helps organizations adopt AI through practical workflows, training, and implementation support. We also repair and modernize healthcare data exchange and build websites and business systems for local owners.

Based on Cape Cod. Remote delivery is available where noted.

Practical AI adoption

Put AI to work across your organization.

Identify useful applications, establish clear information and decision rules, and put agreed workflows into practice. Start with an assessment, implementation support, or focused training.

Scope, timing, and fees are confirmed in writing after intake. Short, well-defined advisory questions are billed at $250 per hour.

Healthcare interoperability

Repair, modernize, or stabilize exchange.

Before work begins, we define the affected systems, deliverables, decision owner, and scope.

Integration Triage and Recovery

For teams dealing with failing interfaces, noisy error queues, or a go-live backlog that needs rapid stabilization.

Deliverables and limits

What you get

  • Assessment and root-cause analysis for fragile interfaces
  • Prioritized remediation plan and agreed fixes
  • A runbook and handoff for the team operating the interfaces

Scope

Typically covers 3–6 high-impact routes in one primary interface-engine environment. Net-new interfaces and large refactors are scoped separately.

FHIR Enablement Sprint

For teams modernizing exchange or building standards-based APIs and pipelines for analytics and AI.

Deliverables and limits

What you get

  • Source-to-FHIR mapping and validation workflow
  • Profile-driven transformations and data-quality checks
  • Developer-ready documentation and test fixtures

Scope

Typically covers 6–10 FHIR resources and 1–2 source systems feeding one pipeline or API surface. Additional resources and sources are priced before work begins.

Go-Live Stabilization Retainer

For organizations that need monitoring, incident response, and steady backlog reduction after cutover.

Coverage and limits

What you get

  • Monitoring, incident response, and backlog reduction
  • Interface-engine tuning and release validation
  • Change control and stakeholder updates

Coverage

The $8,500 monthly fee includes reserved priority capacity, defined response commitments, and 20 execution hours. Additional hours are $250 each. Standard coverage is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; after-hours and on-call coverage are quoted separately.

Local business systems

Back-office systems for owner-led businesses.

We organize customer, job, document, invoice, and follow-up records around the tools already in use.
