Typically covers 6–10 FHIR resources and 1–2 source systems feeding one pipeline or API surface. Additional resources and sources are priced before work begins.

The $8,500 monthly fee includes reserved priority capacity, defined response commitments, and 20 execution hours. Additional hours are $250 each. Standard coverage is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET; after-hours and on-call coverage are quoted separately.
