Services
Outcome-driven interoperability delivery and AI-ready data pipeline execution.
Integration Triage and Recovery
Best for: Teams dealing with failing interfaces, noisy error queues, or a go-live backlog that needs rapid stabilization.
What you get
- Rapid assessment of failing or fragile interfaces
- Root cause analysis across HL7 v2, CCD/C-CDA, and engine configurations
- Remediation plan plus prioritized fixes
- Documentation and operational handoff
Scope guardrails
- Designed for a defined set of high-impact interfaces/routes (typically 3–6)
- Focused on one primary interface engine environment plus connected systems access
- Timeline reflects elapsed calendar time with weekly milestones; this is not staff augmentation
- Net-new interface builds and large-scale refactors are quoted separately
Optional follow-on: Recovery implementation add-on is quoted after triage; typically 2–6 weeks depending on backlog.
FHIR Enablement Sprint
Best for: Teams modernizing exchange patterns or building standards-based APIs and pipelines for analytics and AI.
What you get
- Source-to-FHIR mapping and validation workflow
- Profile-driven transformations and data quality checks
- API-first architecture guidance and implementation support
- Developer-ready documentation and test fixtures
Scope guardrails
- Designed for a defined FHIR resource set and mapping targets (typically 6–10 resources)
- Usually 1–2 source systems feeding one pipeline/API surface area
- Timeline reflects elapsed calendar time with weekly milestones; this is not staff augmentation
- Additional resources/sources are scoped and priced before work begins
Go-Live Stabilization Retainer
Best for: Organizations post-cutover that need monitoring, incident response, and steady backlog burn-down without adding headcount.
What you get
- Post-cutover monitoring, incident response, and backlog burn-down
- Interface engine tuning and reliability improvements
- Change control, release validation, and stakeholder updates
- Optional on-call support
Coverage and boundaries
- Monthly structure: $3,500 reserved-capacity and SLA fee plus 20 execution hours at $250/hour (included)
- Coverage window: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET
- Target initial response within one business day (same-day for production-down issues during the coverage window)
- Additional execution beyond included hours is billed at $250/hour; after-hours and on-call coverage are available as add-ons
Pricing notes
Most engagements start with a short intake call and written scope. Fixed-fee projects are billed with a kickoff deposit and milestone-based invoicing. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Advisory-only work is available when scoped narrowly.
Starting prices reflect typical scopes and are confirmed in writing after intake.
Retainers combine reserved priority capacity and response commitments with defined execution hours.
Fixed-fee engagements are outcome-priced with defined scope boundaries; advisory is best for narrow, well-scoped questions.
Advisory
Advisory rate (narrow scope): $250/hour
Add-ons
- After-hours support
- On-call coverage
- Travel (when required)
- Security and compliance review support
